Unworn - This watch is like new, with no visible signs of wear. It may have light handling marks and could still have original stickers and seals in place. The crystal is flawless.
Excellent - Minimal signs of wear and tear. Very faint scratches or handling marks may be visible on the case or bracelet. The watch may have been lightly polished while maintaining sharp edges. The crystal may show a very small, barely noticeable imperfection.
Very Good - Shows some signs of wear, including light scratches or minor dings. May have been professionally polished. Older bracelets may show some stretch. The crystal may have minor imperfections visible on close inspection.
Good - Age-related wear is present. Scratches or dings to the case and bracelet are likely. The watch may have been polished, and bracelets could show visible stretching. The crystal may have multiple imperfections.
Fair - Noticeable, significant wear and tear, with scratches, dents, or aging. The watch has been polished to bring it to the best possible condition. The crystal has visible and significant imperfections.
Vintage - This is an older watch, typically pre-1990. It may retain its original character and finish intentionally and might not have been polished to preserve authenticity. Work may have been done by previous owners. Crystal will show expected age-related imperfections.
Important Notes: • If a watch has been polished, this may void the manufacturer’s warranty. • Watches made before 1990 are generally not approved unless they have had a recent manufacturer service and have not been worn since. • WatchDealers UK reserves the right to adjust the condition rating to reflect the true perceived quality. • Honest condition descriptions reduce returns and help maintain buyer confidence across the platform.
